::: Kite Aerial Photography :::

May, 2005: In November, 2004 a friend of mine showed me Scott Haefner's Kite Aerial Photography (KAP) website. His pictures were (and still are) amazing and I instantly fell in love. It turns out that a professor at my school, Cris Benton, is an avid KAPer and he was able to give me a few tips to get started on taking my own pictures (I also got a great deal of help via e-mail from Brooks Leffler). I took my first set of pictures over my 2004/2005 winter break in San Diego, but didn't have a chance to go back out over the course of the semester. Now that summer is here, I hope to be taking more photos and I will of course be posting them all right here. (For all my friends, it's really a lot more fun to have people come with me when I take these pictures, so if any of you are interested in going out with me one day, drop me an e-mail or call).
